    All my forms send me the same message:

    This form is currently unavailable!

     

    How can I fix that problem?

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused.  We had a brief temporary issue earlier but was resolved and restored immediately. 

    I checked your form https://www.jotformeu.com/31304890481351 now, and I cannot produce the problem anymore.
