How to set multiple purchase per subsription?Asked by Hannah on May 09, 2016 at 07:01 PM
I'm interested in using your payment forms for a website i'm working on. I would like to know if it's possible for each subscription to purchase multiple tickets? or is it one ticket per subscription?
Thank you for your help,
Thank you for using jotform. If I understand correctly, you want the user to be able to purchase multiple tickets in the payment tool? To do so, simply follow the How to Add Pre-Defined Quantity Property under this guide: How to Add Options to Payment Forms?
Here's a demo so you can see it in action: https://form.jotform.com/61298132111951

Thank you for your reply!! my apologies that i didn't explain my question fully. I'm interested in signing onto the free package plan and noticed that the subscriptions is limited to 100. because of that, i am wondering if each subscriber can purchase multiple tickets?
I hope this helps,
Do you mean you want to avail of our Free plan which has 100 submission limit?
Please note that 100-submission-limit means that your form can be submitted 100 times (regardless of how many tickets purchased by your user in your form). As mentioned above, you can setup a payment form that will allow each of your users to avail multiple items/tickets.
However, I looked at the forms you have created in your guest account and they are payment forms. Please note that as a Free plan user, you can only receive up to 10 payment submissions (submissions made through payment forms). The 100 submission limit mentioned above are for non-payment submissions.
Hope these help.
Thank you for your help! my aim is to create a fill out payment form for future events for a company that i'm working with. they usually have less than 100 guest attending each event, which means that each guest needs to purchase their ticket online and sometimes some guest buy several tickets. that is why i'm asking if it's possible for each guest to purchase multiple tickets. Now you said that this free package can only receive 10 payments, which means only 10 people can buy their ticket for example?
As my colleague indicated, FREE users have 100 submissions in total. This include only 10 payment submissions. A user may purchase as many tickets as he requires in a single payment. The issue you will have is that you will only be able to receive 10 payment submission per month. If you require more, please review our PRICING PAGE for all the plans we offer.
Only the FREE plan has this limit.
