Can the submitted form be sent by email to me as well as the person who submitted it?

I have created an online nutrition/eating form for my coaching clients and when they submit it, it only comes to me and then I have to email it back to them.

Yes, it is possible for the submitted form to be sent by email to you and to the person who submitted it. Since you already received an email, I can see that you already have an email notification setup. To send the submission to the person who submitted it, simply add an Autoresponder to your form.
