I created a subscription form for a community event.
Everything looks fine, but when I want to preview the form I get a almost empty screen. All fields like adress, name, ... are not displayed.
Can you please help?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We had a replication issue on our servers in EU, which may be why the form isn't displaying properly on the preview. Rest assured our developers are working on it.
However, I checked the form you have linked and the forms appears properly on my end. Can you try saving the form again and checking it in the Preview to see if the issue still persists?

Thanks! Yes It seems to work now.
I have one more question concerning my template. I use the "Purchase Order" Payemet field.
I have created a link with Google spreadsheets. When I submit a form, the data for the "Purchase order" Payement field is in only one cell. Is it possible to have a cell for each product and a cell for the total price?
