My date entry on my form isn't showing up

    I added a date entry field to my form and even though the element isn't hidden, it doesn't show up on the form when embedded on my website. After adding the field to my form I hit publish, then viewed it on my site. Everything else that I updated is showing up.

    I checked the form embedded on your website and I can confirm that the date field cannot be seen.

    I cloned your form and checked the conditions. There seems to be a lot of conditions with errors. This may be the reason why the date field cannot be seen on the form. To resolve the issue, I would suggest deleting all these conditions.
