I did check your account and it seems to be in good shape currently. What error message you were getting? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the error message and we will take a look. If you want to reset your account password, you can do so by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is in "Sign In" window. Please check the screenshot below:
