Forms are missing

My forms show up on my website, and when you submit, a pdf appears in my google drive.  I need to edit the forms but only one out of seven appear in jotform.

I've checked your form which is http://www.jotform.us/form/61222437064145  in our system. That form belongs to yiahqserver account and there are 7 forms on that account. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.
