Unable to login to the JotForm app, but able to login to the web app

    The password and account information is correct. Please help.

    I tried to log in to the application and I didn't encounter any issue. Do you receive some kind of error or something else happens?

    It did not work yesterday but does today - could this possibly have something to do with the account suspension earlier today???

    Yes, it is possible that you weren't able to login to through the app because your account got suspended. Glad to know that you can now login through the app.
