My Form was disabled!

    My form was disabled  and I do'nt know why. Anybody can helpme?

    I checked on this issue you are having with your form being disabled but currently I can see it's active on our end.

    So perhaps this was a temporary issue since I'm unable to replicate this problem.

    Please try this again on your end and let us know if it is still a problem or not.
