Help decrypting submission

I also need help decrypting a submission that I received while my form was encrypted.

Did you download the encryption key when you enabled the encryption of your form? Encryption key is mandatory to be decrypt the submission.

If you have lost the encryption key, it is not possible to recover it and decrypt the submissions. We would suggest you to disable the encryption of your form so that the new submissions you receive in your form is not encrypted. Can you please check your downloads folder and see if the encryption key is still there.
