I encrypted my form but then decrypted it.Asked by Miccharles on May 10, 2016 at 10:30 AM
I encrypted my form but then decrypted it. I received one submission while my phone was decrypted but I don't know how to decrypt that submission so I can view the data. Can someone help me?
This is a re-post of a comment on Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them
When you first encrypt the form there is a private key generate that you probably saved on your machine, go to submissions page to access the submission, once there you will be prompted to upload the private key to decrypt the submission.
You can also access the encrypted submission from your email and use the private key the same way as before to view it.
Note that without the private key, there is no way to decrypt the submission.
