Why can't I log or reset my password to access My Form?

    I emailed last week and still cant login and i have tried the forgot password link and i dont get sent anything after that?


    I need to log in today!

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just reviewed our database for any account with your email. I was only able to locate 2 guest accounts. If you have created an account, can you please provide the URL of one of the forms you have created. This will help us locate your account and help you reset your password.

    Thanks for providing us with that additional bit of information.

    The form you've listed is found on a guest account which is why you are not able to log in or reset your password since you don't actually have any account yet according to our system.

    To resolve this problem simply register for a jotform account and this should re-associate you with your forms and current email address for future usage.
