How to copy form and data to a different JotForm account?

Our organization has multiple jot form accounts that we are trying to consolidate. We have a form and data from one year collected from that form, that we'd like to move to a different jot form account, so that all forms are accessible from same account. How do we do that?

If I understand you correctly, you're saying that you want to move a form from this account to another. Is that correct? If yes, then we can definitely help you in transferring or moving forms from one account to another.

Just please provide the form ID/URL/title and the username where will the form be transferred.

Please note that request for moving form from one account to another must be made from account on which form is created. 

Considering that form that you provided is created on account jenjordan, request for moving that form from account jenjordan to account parentassociation, must be made from account jenjordan.

You can log in to account jenjordan and post your request for moving form here on this thread or you can open new thread and post your request there. Also please provide us ID of the form and username to which you want that your form is moved to.
