I see that there are no accounts registered with your email address. However, when I check the website I see that there is a form which is registered to a different account. Do you mean to clone a form to your account or you want to completely transfer the form to your account?
If you want to clone the form to your account, you may follow the guide below:
If you want to transfer the form from another to your account, the current owner of the form needs to place a request to transfer the form providing the form ID and the account to transfer.
