Failure to load captcha and calender images

Asked by CreativeProductions on March 11, 2012 at 08:31 PM

    Hi guys,

Sorry to bother you, Just wondered if you could help with a little problem I'm having. I've just started using your service and really think I'll be using you for some time to come. Fingers crossed I get the clients in.

I'm having a little isse with the image loading of the 'Catcha' and calender select button. I've used the secure option and embeded with iFrame. Hope you can help.

    Kind Regards,

You are correct, there seems to be a delay in loading the Captcha image.
    Let me check this Form.

Please wait a while. I will get back to you.

Please check first this similar issue and solution to your JotForm.
It could be the web code conflict that is causing the render issue on images on your forms.
As suggested in the link, try the EMBED option when embeding your form.

Please try. if you still have issue post back here.

    Wow super-quick response. Thanks John.

I had a little play around with your suggestions. I had the same thing with simple 'embed' when the secure function was checked. It seems it's the 'secure' function.

Both iFrame and Embed work fine when 'secure' is unchecked.

    Thank you,
