I am a sub user to our jot form account and seem to be having an email problem.
I cloned an existing form and made modifications. I updated the emails with my email address but every time I test the form, the emails are going to the person who holds the account. I deleted all listed emails and it still doesnt work
Can someone take a look at this for me?
Main account holder: email@example.com
sub account user: firstname.lastname@example.org
If I understand you correctly you have made this cloned form of the original then changed the email notification to use your own email address for your subaccount correct?
When I checked it I do see you and one other person listed on the email notifications.
How exactly are you testing it when it is arriving at the main account holders address?
Are you filling in the form and submitting it? Or are you using the test button?
