account upgrade, payments in limbo

    i had the free jotform account

    i have now upgraded

    i have 29 pending submissions

    when i submit them the payment is not being processed thru paypal

    i have contacted paypal 

    i need to know what the benefit is of jotform and how to prevent unprocessed payments in the future

    Although JotForm provides several ways to collect payment from forms, it does not process the payment itself.

    One possible cause of payment processing failure is wrong Credit Card/Billing credentials. Since you have already contacted PayPal about this, you might want to wait a response from them.

    Note that a payment might have been processed and you still have it displaying as incomplete in your JotForm account. This happens if Instant payment notification (IPN) is disabled from your PayPal account - Paypal-Incomplete-Payments.
