I am making a visual report and i can see all of my questions and results except for one. It is the one asking about subject areas involved. I was able to access the data last year, but for some reason it is not appearing on the list of questions from the application when i go through the drop down list when creating the report. It is on page two of the application, beginning with art in a list of subjects. Your help, as always, will be most appreciated. Lynette

The check box field in question has no label on your form, so it is being displayed as a blank item on the list of questions in Visual Report. Please try to select that blank entry to see if it shows the data.
