Sorry about this, it seems that there is a delay in data replication between our servers in US and EU, so changes to forms in Europe might not be instantly applied.
The delay means that it will start displaying soon on its own.
I have also raised this as a bug report to our developers so they can check it in more detail, and we will inform you through this thread once the issue is resolved. Thank you.
