Your forms were created using guest account, meaning you were not log in when you created that forms. Please create an account at www.jotform.com and post here your username so we can transfer your forms from your guest accounts to your registered one.

In addition to idarktech, under this email address "firstname.lastname@example.org" you have three guest accounts. We suggest to register for a free account of JotForm rather than guest account.
Kindly take a look also on this thread that may help you to understand the difference between a guest account and free account.
