    Can't login in account and not getting emails from form submissions.

    If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot password?" link, and the instructions will be sent to the associated email address.

    On regards of the notifications not being received, please check your spam folder, also make sure to setup your notification properly, since the recipients are missing: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
