I just spent 2 hours creating a product order form using the payment field purchase order plug and when I went to save it, nothing happened. It did not save and now I can't use the payment field. It does not work. What is wrong with your site?

Can you check the form Revision History - How-to-View-Form-Revision-History. You might be able to recover some modifications there.
