Apologies for the inconvenience. It appears that I cannot seem to replicate the issue that you are having. I set a test submission and it was submitted successfully.
May I ask where and how you encountered this issue so we may further investigate it on our end? I will wait for your response.

i noticed we weren't getting any submissions, so i did a test run and got that error. this happened before and seem to be a problem with the icontact intergration. If something can be done so i dont run into this problem again would be appericated

Do you still encounter the "oops" error? I believe clearing the form cache should resolve the issue. Here's how: How to Clear Your Form Cache?.
If the error occurs with the iConact integration, I would suggest removing the integration, then reintegrating iContact with your form.
Please let us know if the issue persists.

The error you are getting with iContact integration is from iContact login page when using this link: this page , right?
If that's the case, this is probably because you are using iContact Pro account. I'm not sure but, looks like the link in the integration does not work with iContact Pro.
I have checked but could not find how to get the API password for iContact Pro account. Maybe you can contact iContact team to help you get an API password for the JotForm app ID from the integration, and use it to connect the form to your iContact list.
In case you issue with the integration is different, please provide us a screenshot of that error.
