I've tried creating a payment form and I'm able to access the wizard normally to add the products to the wizard normally. Is there any error message displayed when you try to add a payment field to your JotForm? Please take a look at the following guide that might help you in setting up an order form.
Also, please try logging into an incognito or private window to see if the wizard is opening normally. If you are referring to something else, we request you to provide us with more information so that we can guide you in the right direction. If you can provide us with a screenshot of the issue, it would help us in identifying the issue quickly.
