How to enable and disable days for reservation

Hi guys i want to know if its posible that i can administrate the date reservation form you have in the widgets area.

i need this widget alows me to enable and disable days, or hours, its this posible or i cand build my own option ??

Thank you for contacting us. We have got wonderful widgets for reservation forms.  One of them is date reservation widget. The widget allows you to display a calendar on your form which your users can select dates that correspond with the purpose of the form. If prior form users have selected a date or a range of dates, they will be grayed out - they cannot be selected.
