I have made changes to our form, but the changes do not appear in the published form.
In particular, I have set some fields to be required, but the form still displays them as not required. When filling out and submitting the form, an error is generated, indeed requiring those fields to be filled in.
Likewise, I have added a "clear form" button using the settings and it appears in the form builder, but does not appear in the published form.
I have tried "publish", I have tried in a different browser, using "private mode" (to avoid cookie-related issues).
What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Earlier, we had an issue where there is a delay in data replication between our servers in US and EU, so changes to forms might not be instantly applied. However, I would like to inform you that the issue has already been fixed.
I checked your form on the preview and also on the form builder, and they seem to be updated correctly now.
Please check on your end and let us know if the issue still persists.

Obviously, the problem isn't fixed. I have the same problem.
I'm working on a form (ID: 61311522360340) and I did some changes on the form (Style, new form element Titel). These changes are viewable in the preview but they don't show up in the browser.
Hope you can solve this problem.

Would this data replication "potential problem" be alleviated by NOT checking "store my data only in Europe"?

You're from EU so your form submissions data are stored on EU servers by default because this is required by EU safe harbor data protection law.
You can transfer your form submissions data back to US server but I don't think it would alleviate the problem because you will always be redirected to EU.jotform.com domain due to your location.
Anyway, I'm sure this is only a temporary problem due to the server switch recently. This also usually resolves by itself.
