Forgot Password email not received

    I've forgotten my password for my jotform account, however, when I try to reset this, nothing happens! Please could you advise?

    I resent the Forgot Password email to your account's email address: and based on our logs it was successfully sent.


    Can you check if you are able to receive the email? Please also check your Spam folder as the email might have been sent there.
