Why don't the radio buttons work on the live website?

I can't select any of the radio buttons from the form on my live website, even though it appears to work in the editor.

I was able to replicate the issue. However, when I checked the form's direct URL, the issue is not happening.

It is possible that there are script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Please try to re-embed the form using the iframe method. Here's a guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
