How to automatically delete submission data?

Is it possible to automatically remove saved submissions from everywhere i.e. Jotforms database..

The form I've created will contain patient confidential information which can not be saved anywhere. I've had a look at the app which has been advised to use, but haven't had much luck with it.

If not, would it be possible to automatically remove particular fields after submission??

    Thank you in advance

    Hello shezza28,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to automatically delete the submissions after it is received. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You may like to take a look at our "Auto Delete Submissions" app which should help you. This app will delete the submission record as soon as it is received.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hello shezza28,

That right. Once you receive a submission in your form, the data is processed normally.

Eg: #1. If you have any email alert, the submission email will be sent. You can delete your email alert if you do not want to receive receive submission emails.

#2. If you have any integration, the data will be sent to that integration

Once all the process is complete, the "Auto Delete Submission" app will delete the submissions from your form's submission page. Once it is deleted, the submission data is not retained on our server. Please be noted that if you have email alert in your form, the email log will still display the submission data. Please be noted that it is possible to delete the email alert or just retain the non sensitive form fields in the email alert template.

    Hope this answers your query.

    Thank you!

That's great, thank you for your response.

I've recently made some changes on my form and for some reason it will not update on my page. I've even re-entered the IFrame code, but no luck.

I'm I not doing something right?

    Please help!

http://richmondgpresource.com/ the form is placed on the Amber Warning Card page.

    Kind Regards

I've just realised when I click to preview the form in 'JotForm' this doesn't show the updated version either. Perhaps there's an issue with JotForms???

    @shezza28

It seems like the follow up concern you have is different from the original topic on this thread. I went ahead and opened a separate one so that we can discuss it better. Please refer to this link instead: https://www.jotform.com/answers/845847. We will address it shortly.

    Thank you.
