Testimonials not being saved

    I embedded a form to my website, 2-impress.com (under Contact Us).  I have tested it and had another person test it, and no submissions are being recorded and no "thank you" emails are being sent (although I did enable one).  I contacted the site host and they have no restrictions that would affect the form.

    Can you help me out?

    I just checked your website (http://2-impress.com/Customer_Feedback_Form/) and made a test submission on it. My submission was saved successfully in your JotForm account, you can check your submissions page. Here's a screencast of it:

    Could you try re-embedding your form using our iFrame embed code instead? Here's a guide on how to get that embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code 

    Please also note that you need to hit the "Submit" button for the submission to be saved in our servers.
