    Hi there

I have recently come into a problem with integrating google sheets with a PDF of a form submission.

I have followed closely the thread here --> https://www.jotform.com/answers/644140-Adding-PDF-link-in-the-Google-Spreadsheet-integration

Which seems to work well however 2 issues I am having with this is:

1: When a new entry to Google sheets is done the formula I have copied from the above format (adding +1 to each equation to correspond to the correct row )

Unfortunately when a new entry is created it skips the row where I have the equation and pushed that one down, I am not sure why this is done as It really needs to be automatic.

2: When I click the link of the PDF which I have in Google sheets it automatically begins to download the pdf. - Is there a way to just be able to view the PDF instead of having to download it to view it?

Thanks very much for your time and to the technician who kindly helped in the post I have referenced at the top of this one.

    Ben

This appears to be a problem in Google Spreadsheet. When you apply the formula to subsequent rows, it simply skip those rows and the submission above.

You could spread the formula for the existing rows and drag to apply it to the new submissions.

Unfortunately, the PDF cannot be viewed directly in the browser without downloading it because of the way the link is constructed.
