I keep pressing downgrade but it won't downgrade my account to the free version

    I see that the subscription of your account is already cancelled and it is scheduled to downgrade to Free subscription by May 12, 2016. Please be noted that the account will be holding Bronze subscription till the next billing date and then downgrades to Free.
