How can I change a price that is inserted into my total field?

when "individual" is selected it puts the price in "golf fee"  I can not figure out how to change the $160 to $140.  Can someone help me please?

The $160 golf fee is being inserted there via a conditional to calculate and update the field from an assigned value.
