All my forms are disabled. I have the links posted in different sites and materials. I really need to make sure this won't happen again or frequently

I have checked your account and it is active. Also all of your forms are working.
Do you maybe have some other forms on some other account that are disabled? If so please provide us ID of those forms or username of your other account. In case that you have embedded your form to website, please provide us URL of your website.
