We use jot form at my office, where I very recently began working. Last month, I was able to login and use jotform with the given username and password provided to me by the past office manager. I tried to login today and it says "Invalid username." It sent reset directions to the account's email, but the email belongs to the girl who no longer works here. Can you please assist me in getting back into our account? It is crucial that I am able to log in today. I don't know if that helps or not! Thank you for any assistance you can give.

I see that your account cati is active and seems to be in good shape. Could you check if the password is correct and has not been changed recently? If you want to reset the password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the reset instructions shall be sent to the account registered email address.
