Unable to receive email notification

can y help me please?

i dont recieve thf rom in my email

Your email address is not in the bounce list. I have checked the mail logs and I can see that the submissions were sent successfully.

I've checked the email notification settings and I can see that it is configured properly. 

Please check your spam/junk folders. Please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try whitelisting JotMail IP addresses.
