How to show fields based on selection of dropdown fieldAsked by MMBEntertainment on May 11, 2016 at 01:47 PM
Hello. I am new to these forms so please excuse me.
I want to create something like this;
one the drop down menu has been selected. Once the client has chose something from that drop down menu it brings up some form information relevant to that specific choice in the drop down box.
How do i do it?
If I understood you correctly you want that different field are show based on option that is selected inside of dropdown field. You can achieve that with conditional logic Show/Hide field option.
You can also show/hide multiple fields at once:
Also this guide can help you to create your form:
Here is my sample form: https://form.jotform.com/61315623842957
