How long does it take for payment to go through, how long does submission take to go through?

Do you mean to ask about the payment sent through your JotForm to you? If so, please be noted that JotForm will not process any of your payments directly. We only send the payment information to the Payment gateway that you have integrated on your JotForm. Based on the response we received from the payment gateway, the submission is stored in the submissions or incomplete payments. The payments will be received on your account as per the integrated payment gateway terms.

The submissions that are sent through JotForm will be stored in JotForm servers almost instantly and you may check them in the submissions view.
