I presently have submit form and a print form button. If I click on print form, how do I get the information also sent to me?
This is a re-post of a comment on Print Button on Forms

This is not possible to submit a form with a print button click. It means that the form user will need to click on a submit button to submit a form entry.
The form can be configured to email a link to downloadable submission PDF file, and also there is an option to include the PDF download link to the form Thank You page.
If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know.

I customized my submit form button to say: First Submit Form.
Then my print button says: Then Print If Desired
What you're saying above is this isn't going to work?

No. It'll not work since the form will be redirected to Thank you page once it is submitted. If you want the users to get the form printed with the information filled in, you may place a link with PDF submission in the Thank you page as mentioned by our colleague or add a PDF submission link in the auto-responder email.
Also, you may reverse the click order on the form so that the user can print the form if necessary after filling all the information and then submit the form.

Thanks for the information. I posted the submission link to the autoresponder email as well as the Thank You page that hopefully has the filled in form link too. Is this redundant or do I just disable the authresponder email? https://www.jotform.com//?formID=61299063728262

Your current setting will not work for the purpose of printing. The purpose of the page https://www.jotform.com/show-post-data/ is to display an array result of the post data submitted by the user. What it looks like is this:
I also did not find your link on your autoresponder. Can you try editing it and saving it again?

I changed the autoresponder email and sent an email to myself. I believe it is correct now?
I'm still wondering about the Thank You email. I understand that I can't print it, but only display it as the closing screen image that is seen correct? The recipient will only receive the autoresponder email that I corrected hopefully?

I've cloned your JotForm to my account and see that there is no PDF link yet in the autoresponder email. You may place it from the Form fields in the email setup wizard.
I think that the auto-responder email and the Thank you email you are referring to is the same that you can send to the form filling person.
The Thank you button displaying on the builder is the Thank you page that is displayed after submitting the form. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with more information on Thank you page.
Hope this information helps! If you have any other questions, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

So all I need to do is to click on pdf link and save it? Sorry to ask, but can you check?
- JotForm SupportChriistianAnswered on May 11, 2016 at 10:58 PM
That is correct. I checked your form and I can see that you have added the pdf link in the autoresponder.
When a user submits the form, they will receive an autoresponder email, and that email will have the pdf link. Once they click on the link, the PDF file will be downloaded to their device. They may then print the PDF on their end.
