    Dear Jotform,

I am wondering why i have a limit of upload space when I have linked my form to my FTP Server. I am using this as a dimistration for others to show how easy and great jotform is. The only issue I'm running into is that some people want the ability to upload files bigger than 2GBs to their own FTP Server. Therefore, my question is once again, why is my upload limit being reached when I set the form to send the upload form request to my FTP server. I have taken the form off of my web site.

By default all files and data go through our server to be processed. Once they are done it will be copied (not moved) to your FTP or other servers.

If you do not wish to keep any information in our servers, you can use our Auto Delete App. This will remove all the information from our database.

So by using this app, I will still recieve an email that the file has been sent and uploaded to our FTP server. Yet, it will be deleted on jotform server and won't store it on there. Will we still recieve email notifications and will we have to upgrade to the larger package to support files bigger than 100mbs?

I would suggest you make some test on your end first. Create a test form with an upload field and connect it to your FTP server, make sure connections are okay and make a test submission. Then, try using the Auto Delete App that my colleague, victor, have suggested. Normally, the app will automatically delete submissions shown on the submission page(stored in Jotform) but email notifications are still going to be sent.

With regards to the maximum file upload size that can be uploaded within your form, it is 1GB. You can refer to this guide for more information: Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit
