How many submitted forms can I have from clients requesting rooms - on the FREE account?

The limits for Free accounts are 100 regular/SSL submissions, 10 payment submissions, 1,000 form views and 100MB of file uploads stored along with those submissions.  If you form does not require payments to be submitted, you could receive up to 100 submissions per month for your account.

The limits reset on the first day of each month for all users.

I guess what I was also confused about:  When someone submits a hotel request form from my web site; I get a notification in my in box to my personal email account. 

But to view what the client really wants to reserve a hotel room from me: I would have to log into Jotform.com and view the actual request?  Is that correct?

You can setup Email Notifications. Once a user submits a form, an email will be send out to you or the person assign in the notification. You can send out the email with all the information in the form or adjust it to have only certain data.
