Conditions Keep on Disappearing

I'm working on a form that's pretty elaborate, and my conditions seem to keep disappearing. I just made a couple small changes to my form, but when I test it out, some conditions I set up some time ago are gone. This has been happening a lot recently. I spend a lot of time setting them up and it's maddening to have to figure out what disappeared and re-do them.

I just took a look back at my revisions. I made a couple small changes, but the revision history says things like: '8 minutes ago, 37 changes', '5 minutes ago, 36 changes' No, I did not make 37 changes 8 minutes ago, and 3 minutes later make another 36.

Can someone please help me figure out what's going on?

    Thanks,

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I made a clone version of your form so I can keep a record of the current conditions in your form. Is that only happening on that specific form or all the other forms on your account?

Also, I just want to ask, are  you the only one who has access to your account?

I checked your account and I can see that all you forms are shared with another user(sub-user).

I will also clear your form's cache on my end then, let's make an observation on that specific form.

    Thank you.

What I'm seeing is that I'm adding some conditions to autofill an email
address, and the conditions regarding the type of badge seem to go away.
The most obvious is that the field "Artist" should only appear when "Type
of Badge" equals "Talent". I know something is wrong when I preview it and
the "Artist" field shows up before I've filled in the "Type of Badge".
When I look at my revision history, I see things like "Just now, 40
    updates", "10 Minutes ago, 38 updates". I didn't make 78 updates in 10
    minutes.

Please, this is driving me crazy. If there's something I'm doing, please
let me know. I love JotForm, but the way it handles conditions regularly is
pretty horrid. This makes it unusable.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please indicate if you are the only one how has access to the form. If not, could you please ask you colleagues if any one else is making adjustments in the form.

I'm looking back at the revision history, and I see this:
I didn't change any colors. What's going on?
Also, I didn't answer your other questions:
It is shared with another sub-user, but he doesn't use it.
This doesn't seem to happen with my other forms, but I'm not using or
editing them. I have another account that seems to be fine, as well.
    Thanks,

I looked back and think I figured out why my the first part was happening
-- I created a second condition that hid the "Talent" field, and it showed
the field despite the other condition that said to hide it. That isn't the
way I'd interpret it, but it makes some sort of sense. No it doesn't, but
    whatever.

I am the only one who access this. Although I can see that in the past
there may have been problems that arose because it may have been open in 2
    places.

If you have other people accessing the form, it is possible that modifications made are not from your account.

To better understand the cause, please limit/remove access to this form from any sub-user. That way, it will be easier to keep track of the changes made to your form.

I see that no one else is modifying your form except you. However, I also see from your previous response that it may have been open in 2 places. Indeed this could be the cause of the issues that arose, since having the form builder of a specific form open in two places could affect which version is being saved, and thus affecting the conditions in the process. I would suggest editing your form in only one place at a time so that the form can be saved properly.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.
