Encrypted Personal Information

I recently had my account suspended because I built a form the collected banking/credit card information which violates the Terms of Use. Needless to say the form has been deleted. However, the form was encrypted so why does that present a security ( phishing ) risk? Is there a way to use a JotForm to collect this type of information? I don't want to create financial transactions, I just wanted to allow our customers to submit form of payment information which we then use in our business management system. Just curious..  Thanks!

We simply don't allow collecting that information even if the form is encrypted, the information can be decrypted with the encryption key.
