My Facebook embedded form says it has an error

    My Form says it has an error but it is enabled and I am not sure why. Please help.

    I see that you're trying to add your form to your Facebook page. I have checked your form and it is working as a stand-alone. So the issue might be on how it was set up on Facebook. 

    Was it working before and just suddenly showed an error just now?

    If it's the first time you're adding your form to Facebook, I would suggest you refer to this guide, Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Page

    Or you can also try to remove the form from your Facebook page and try re-adding it following the instruction on the guide above. 

    Following the instructions on the guide above, I managed to add a clone version of your form to my Facebook page.

    Can you let us know the detailed steps you're taking when you try to add your form to your Facebook page, please?

    I followed those exact steps. I am trying to access it via the below pages:

    https://www.facebook.com/QueBuena1043

    https://www.facebook.com/1077MasVariedad

    All three give me the same error.

    They say my form is not valid or disabled.

    Please let me know what I can do.

    I have also tested embedding the form to a facebook page and see that there are no issues with it at the moment. The JotForm in your account is active and seems to be working properly. 

    Please try removing the JotForm Tab completely from the facebook pages and then try embedding the form following the instructions in the guide Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Page.
