    Thank you for contacting us.

My PC environment that site production is Mac OS X (10. 11. 4), there is no Firefox (46. 0. 1) Since the problem.

Client of the PC does not perhaps have a JavaScript to off.
I think that in order to increase the government of the PC so security.

I am also more than one OS, it was OK to confirm in a variety of browsers.

However, it is that you do not work in the client's PC is a problem.

Only get up to date JavaScript, but it is no way?

    Thank you.

If I understand correctly, your client has javascript turned off for security purposes? Unfortunately, javascript needs to be turned on for the form to function properly. I tested your form in an emulation of IE9 and the next button seems to be working properly.

You will have to ask your client to turn on javascript to make sure that the form works correctly.

The JavaScript had been to Off in the setting of the client on the PC.

Government of the PC, so security is strict, we found that JavaScript is turned Off.

It addressed to put a guide with the tag of the 'noscript'.

    Cause was good to found.

    Thank you very much.
