My form is disabled.

    I have removed all other forms

    I have checked both settings and more to make sure the form is enabled

     

    this is completely ridiculous.

    why isn't it working?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I checked your form and it doesn't seem to be disabled. I was able to view the form without any issues.

    Can you please try clearing your form cache to see if that resolves the issue? Here's how: How To Clear Form Cache

    Please check on your end and let us know if the issue still persists.
