The updated form isn't very user friendly

The new form is a bit clunky. It's hard to move sections of the form and the form is slow to react. The old version was easier to use.

I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that you have updated your form and it not user-friendly? If you are referring to your order enquiry form, I see that the form is built to display in a single page. I think you may separate the sections using page breaks so that they can be displayed in multiple pages and easy to access. You may also use Form Tabs widget to add the navigation menu on the form.

If you want to change the design of your JotForm, you may choose one of the themes available in the theme-store that gives more visual appearance to the form.
