I build a form, applied it into a snippet, built a second different form, applied it to a different page within the same Web site and found that it replaced the firsrt form as well. Did I miss something? You can see one of the forms on the "REQUEST INFO" page. I want to add another page that will allow people to request to be aded to a e-mail mailing list. If I design a new form and apply it to the new page, it will also replace the existing form on the REQUEST page.Page URL:

You can have unlimited forms on a certain website. Each form has it's own unique embed code.
When checked, you currently have 2 forms.
