What happened to my form??????????????????

I have a very long form and was having issues with it that I corrected.  I posted a question and since that question was answered now my form is showing each and every field, whether answered or not!!!!!  This creates a HUGE response and not what I want to happen.  SOMEONE, PLEASE HELP!  I can't imagine I have to create conditions for each and every field!!!!!  I had this form working so well and now it's not working properly.  Please help!  I need this for my business and need it to work properly STAT!

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have review your form and indeed, it does not have any conditions. You may use the REVISION HISTORY, to go back to a point where your form was working properly.
