I am trying to create the autoresponder emails but even if I have found how to do this using your support link: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings
I still can't find the email option on my account. I am a new user and I am trying your program and I can't see any way how to get to the email option the link is showing ,could you please help me out?

Every form has 1 notification by default and once you add an email field to your form, an autoresponder will be automatically created.
I just check your form and you have a notification and autoresponder in your form.

autoresponder emails to the same form (to the same client) . Is it
possible to do it with your company? and how can I set it up?

Screenshot you provided on your first post is from My forms folder. To edit Autoresponder email and add new one, first you need to open your form inside of Form Builder.
Inside of My Forms folder select your form and click on Edit Form option.
Then inside of Form Builder select Email option. To edit your Autoresponder, click on Edit option and to create new Autoresponder email click on Create New Email button.
When you click on Edit option, Autoresponder email setting window will appear.
Autoresponder email is sent to user who submitted the form.
